Belief by Thomson & Craighead now online

We are delighted to present the new film, Belief, by Thomson and Craighead. Belief is the final work in the desktop documentary trilogy, following on from the AnimateTV commission Flat Earth (2007) and A Short Film about War (2009). The three films can be viewed online at animateprojects.org.
Belief comprises a series of fragmented broadcasts about belief, all sourced from the video sharing community YouTube.
Belief premiered in installation at Inspace in Edinburgh as part of Edinburgh International Film Festival in June.
An essay by Morgan Quaintance and an interview with the artists accompanies the exhibition of the work online.
Belief is Supported by Creative Scotland's Vital Spark programme, New Media Scotland's Alt-w Fund, ATLAS Arts and Animate Projects.
