Animate at Strangelove – now online

We are pleased to be partnering on Strangelove Festival. The festival’s theme is STOP LOOK LISTEN WALK, with a focus on artists and filmmakers using animation, music and dance.

We are bringing online from 8 June, Animate Projects Presents…, a programme of films that we’ve commissioned over the past few years. Experience reimagined histories, compelling documentaries and curious visions of our future.

And with the support of curator and critic Nobuaki Doi, we are presenting a selection of the Japan Grand Prix winners from the New Chitose Airport International Animation Festival.

The festival was originally due to take place from Friday 20 to Sunday 22 March, but the festival was postponed owing to the pandemic, and will now take place online in June.
