Bloomers, Samantha Moore

Where to find our work

Next week sees the launch of Oskar Kokoschka: Expressionist, Migrant, European – A Retrospective at the Leopold Museum in Vienna. We’re delighted that Elizabeth Hobbs’ I’m OK is exhibited in this momentous retrospective of the artist’s work. The exhibition runs from 6 April to 8 July, and features more than 260 exhibits.

Sunday 5 May is the first opportunity to see Elizabeth Hobbs’ latest film The Flounder in a UK cinema, as it screens in a special programme at Flatpack Festival in Birmingham. In Remodelling the Happiness Machine, you can also see Samantha Moore’s new film Bloomers, and hear from both Samantha Moore and Elizabeth Hobbs firsthand about the process of making the work, collaborating with composers, and the ideas behind their films in a post-screening discussion led by their films’ producer Abigail from Animate. Book your ticket now!

There will be further opportunities to see these films at festivals later in the year if you aren’t able to make the Flatpack screening. Watch this space. And you can always catch I’m OK online or on your TV via Curzon Home Cinema as part of the BAFTA Shorts programme.
